Prep and Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Make 4-5 pancakes
 
INGREDIENTS
3 organic eggs
125g organic self-raising plain flour
140ml organic milk
1 pinch of salt
 
METHOD
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Add the flour to the yolks and mix until smooth.
Whisk the whites, and fold them into the batter.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. When the pan is hot, pour some batter into it making the pancake as thick as you like it. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the top of the pancake begins to bubble. Add flavouring (if using any). See suggestions below.
Turn the pancake over and cook the second side for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with your favourite topping.
 
Flavouring suggestion:
-         Biona wild blueberries (drained)
-         Biona organic sweet or sour cherries (drained)
-         Sliced banana
 
Topping suggestion:

-         Biona Agave syrup
-         RAW Health Acacia Blossom Honey
-         Fresh strawberries and vanilla ice cream
-         Caramelised apple slices and thick double cream
